Atul Uchil, PhD (President - CEO): Dr. Uchil is an accomplished, results-driven executive with a proven track record of building and growing professional service organizations and demonstrated career success directing complex, multi-million dollar consulting engagements for government and commercial clients. In addition to his PhD in Business Administration Dr. Uchil also holds an MBA in Consulting Operations Management, a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. Dr. Uchil's doctoral degree is apostilled by US Secretary of State, General (Ret.) Colin L. Powell and bears his signature and seal. Dr. Uchil is a lifetime member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Management (CIPM), a lifetime member of Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), a lifetime member of National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and serves on the board of Directors for Young Ladies of Tomorrow, Inc. a DC based not for profit organization. Dr. Uchil also served on the Board of Advisors for The Data Research Group, Inc., a Northern Virginia based Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small-Business from 2004-2007. Dr. Uchil also serves in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary as a Senior Staff Officer. Patricia Uchil (Vice President - Creative Services): Mrs. Uchil, the co-founder of Uchil, LLC, is an accomplished artist and muralist. Artistic design has been her passion and profession for twenty years. Mrs. Uchil's bachelor's degree in studio arts and her architectural and drafting design education provided her with the experience necessary to become a successful architectural draftsperson responsible for landscaping and marina design. Mrs. Uchil has run an apparel company in which she was responsible for the hand painted designs on clothing apparel. Mrs. Uchil has extensive experience in canvas painting specializing in scenery and wildlife. Mrs. Uchil's passion is mural painting. She has successfully conceptualized and painted murals in homes and businesses for eight years. Her designs include Trompe l'oeil, gardens, cityscapes, scenery, flowers, verandas, whimsical themes for children's rooms. Although her primary territory is in Virginia, DC and Suburban Maryland, examples of her murals can be found as far north as Vermont. Mrs. Uchil has also trained several budding artists interested in becoming muralists. |
