proposal management and support including team structuring for RFP
responses and RFP lifecycle support. Dr. Uchil has helped several
Client Firms respond to over sixty proposals in the past decade with
an excellent win ratio. Proposals have ranged in size from $1.6
Million to $53 Million. Major Winning proposals include but are not
limited to: GSA Networx - $44.0 Million (2006), USArmy REF - $14.9
Million (2005), Veterans Administration EUL - $ 27.0 Million (2005),
US Army PERSCOM - $5.8 Million (2004), USMC TECOE - $3.0 Million

Motivational Training Seminars. The seminars are tailored to the
specific needs of the organization and various levels of management
(Jr., Mid., Sr., and Exec.). These seminars usually focus on one or
